Scaling Multi-Omics Sequencing Platforms
Our RNA sequencing technologies, BIRT and PERD, were deployed at scale, reducing RNA sequencing costs by over 80% and supporting large commercial and clinical programs across 100,000+ samples.
We also developed MARE, our DNA whole exome sequencing (WES) platform, expanding our capabilities from RNA into integrated multi-omics data generation. These platforms are protected by 15+ issued and pending patents.
